GOTCHA! We’d like to introduce you to our somewhat spoiled and always entertaining feline children, Tarmaq & Harley!
Tarmaq is a seal-mitted pedigreed Ragdoll, and is four and a half years old. She is very gentle
and non-demanding, except when she wants more food in her bowl. She loves to fetch ponytail holders when you shoot them across the floor, and her favorite thing in life is to be petted
while she’s eating.
Tarmaq is a pure-bread prissy fluff-ball of the
snobby, “pet me while I'm eating so I can purr” breed. Harley is an alley cat with a 'tude from the other side of the tracks who has no time for prissy snobby fluff-balls. It's an interesting
sight when the kids “rumble”. -Beau
Harley, in direct contrast, is a rescued streetwise alley cat. I almost ran over him while I was
rollerblading a couple of years ago as he was sitting in the middle of the road. He was just a little guy then, about six months old, but has been a member of the family ever since. His
favorite activity is to catch lizards on the screened-in porch, and try to bring them into the house!
Tarmaq and Harley get along pretty well for the most part, but when they get into it, they look like a
couple of colored Q-tips fighting with Tarmaq adding loud squeally sound effects!
That’s the sum total of our children right now. For those of you thinking (shame on you!) that
there might be a human “bun in the oven” as the cause for our elopement, get over it! It ain’t happening! At least not for a couple of years…
